Independent Science and Partnership Council (ISPC): The ISPC is an independent standing panel that is the science and partnerships advisory organ of the CGIAR whose primary responsibility is to enhance and promote the quality , relevance and impact of science and science partnerships in the CGIAR.
Genetic Resources Policy Committee (GRPC) - The GRPC, created in 1994, held its last meeting as a system level committee May 5-7, 2010. All GRPC reports and summaries of meetings are now found in the CGIAR's Core Collection Database. |
From Alliance to Consortium |
Alliance Board (AB) and Alliance Executive (AE) of the CGIAR. The AB was formed in 2005 and held its last official meeting in May 2010. Prior to the AB, the Committee of Board Chairs (CBC) held the same functions. Both the AB and AE were dissolved May 31, 2010. All meeting reports from the CBC, AB and AE are available in the Core Collection Database.
In 2010 a Consortium Board was appointed to provide leadership for the new Consortium
